These terms explain the use of the All Heart website, event-registration services, and optional All Heart SMS program. Questions can be directed to admin@weareallheart.com. Event-specific terms and separately accepted participant waivers continue to apply to the event or activity they cover.
1. Website use and registrations
Please provide accurate registration and contact information and only submit information about another person when you have authority to do so. Registration for a minor must be handled by a parent, legal guardian, or an appropriately authorized adult; a coach's submission does not replace any parent or guardian consent required for a child. Keep private roster and account links secure. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content unlawfully.
2. Event details, payments, and participant waivers
Review the applicable event page, division eligibility, rules, pricing, and registration requirements before completing registration. A spot is not confirmed solely by visiting the website or beginning a form; follow the confirmation and payment instructions provided during registration. Payments offered through this website are processed through Square. Event-specific cancellation, postponement, or refund terms disclosed for your registration apply, subject to applicable law. Contact All Heart about questions or requests. These website terms do not add a new no-refund policy or replace or expand any participation, liability, photo/video, or conduct waiver separately presented at registration. Signing an event waiver or entering a contact number does not by itself authorize promotional text messages.
3. Website content and third-party services
All Heart branding and website content belong to All Heart or their respective rights holders. You may share links to our public event pages; reuse of protected artwork, photos, or other content requires appropriate permission. Linked third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We aim to keep website information accurate, but technical errors or interruptions may occur; please contact us about an apparent error. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. All Heart SMS Program
Program description
All Heart's optional SMS program provides recurring marketing text messages about youth sports tournaments, registration opportunities, apparel releases, and special offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Opt-in and eligibility
Enroll only through an All Heart signup method that clearly requests your consent to receive these messages and provides these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or tournament registration. Giving us your phone number for a registration, agreeing to event waivers, joining an email list, or having previously contacted All Heart does not by itself enroll you in this SMS program.
Frequency
Up to 4 promotional messages per month. Messages responding to your requests and opt-in/opt-out confirmations may be additional.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Check with your wireless carrier about charges.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any All Heart program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also contact admin@weareallheart.com for help withdrawing consent. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a tournament registration.

Delivery and number changes
Message delivery depends on network and device availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Before changing or giving up your mobile number, unsubscribe or contact us so messages are not sent to its next user. SMS is not an emergency service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how mobile numbers, consent records, and related information are handled. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary messaging service providers may process this information to operate the program.
5. Policy updates and contact
